Our Online Yoga Programmes are designed to make it as easy as possible for you to enjoy the benefits of your practice any time, any place, anywhere.  We have 2 yoga programme available to purchase. Our Zen Therapies Yoga Programme is designed to guide you in the gentle practice of yoga focusing on your general mental and physical well being.

In addition we have taken our knowledge and experience to design a Pregnancy yoga programme that will guide you thought your pregnancy journey, hospital and arrival of your baby. 

Benefits of Zen Therapy Online Yoga Programmes

 Unlimited Access – Whether you are choosing our programme for well-being or pregnancy, you have unlimited access to our programmes for the duration of your selected subscription. 

No need to Clock Watch – You can practice your yoga programme whenever you wish. Choose 10am on a Saturday morning, 5pm on a Tuesday or perhaps 9pm on Friday evening.  Our online yoga programmes are as accessible as you want them to be and give you the total freedom to choose when to participate a yoga session. 

Yoga In your PJ’s – We love the idea that you can do yoga in your pjs, which let’s face it you wouldn’t dream of doing if you were signed up to a face-to-face yoga class.   

At least one less car journey – Think of the savings on fuel perhaps if you need to take a car journey to your yoga class, and the stress of arriving late because something has prevented you from attending on time……….and because you can access this course as often as you wish, the cost of each session can be as little as £1.63 per session. If that’s not a great reason to purchase, remember too you get some much more than your guided yoga practice.

Our well being yoga programmes are designed to assist you in your over all health and well being. We help you to focus on a range of practices that support your physical and mental well being.

Once you have signed up to one of our online yoga programmes, you will have UNLIMITED use over a period of 6 weeks.

Whatever way you decide to access our Online Yoga Programme, you can be practicing your yoga rituals as often as you wish, supporting your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing on a daily or weekly basis.

Zen Therapies Pregnancy Yoga Programme

 Our pregnancy Yoga Programme is designed to support you at all stages in your pregnancy journey. We recommend that once you have discovered that you are pregnant, you sign up immediately to enjoy the full benefits of our programme, however you may decide to join up for a trimester programme individually.  This perfectly okay too!

Once you have signed up to one or all of our Pregnancy Yoga online programmes you will have UNLIMITED use over a period of 13 weeks if you are signing up one trimester at a time OR UNLIMITED access to our full 42 weeks if you are sign up for the entire programme. 

Whatever way you decide to access our Pregnancy Yoga Programme, you can be practicing your yoga rituals as often as you wish, supporting your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing on a daily or weekly basis.

You can sign up to each of our programmes at an unbelievable price of £149 per programme.  Pregnancy Yoga For Trimester 1, Pregnancy Yoga For Trimester 2, Pregnancy Yoga For Trimester 3, with a follow up programme to help prepare you for Hospital Routine and Labour Programme.  Or if you wish you can sign up for the entire 42 week programme at an unbelievable price of £499. Normally £596.

Trimester Focussed Yoga

Whilst we know you may enjoy in-person yoga classes there may be times where life just gets in the way and prevents you from attending your class.  With our online programme you can access your trimester appropriate programme in the comfort of your home at any time of the day. 

In the Trimester 1 Programme you will see significant improvement in your flexibility and posture.  Trimester 2 Programme focuses on supporting your body as it changes with the growth of your baby and Trimester 3 Programme works with you to ease some of the more challenging symptoms of pregnancy including sciatica, indigestion and fatigue.  Our Hospital Routine and Labour programme is hugely beneficial in the weeks, days and hours leading up to the arrival of your baby. 

And what about the extras?

Your programme includes TRIMESTER APPROPRIATE AFFIRMATIONS, BREATHING PRACTICES, RELAXATION TECHNIQUES, as well as a whole range of practical hints and tips that support you throughout your pregnancy. 

Practicing with a Pregnancy Yoga Expert

This on-line pregnancy course has been developed by Michelle Brady, an expert pregnancy yoga practitioner who has been delivering in person yoga to hundreds of expectant mothers in Fermanagh and Tyrone, Ireland for more than 16 years.  This is your opportunity to work with Michelle Brady and enjoy her unique approach to pregnancy yoga.
