Stress continues to be one of the most common causes of ill health either mentally, emotionally or physically.  We are constantly being encouraged to reduce our stress levels in order to improve our overall health.  This TFT sequence guided by Michelle focusses on reducing stress.  You have 6 weeks access to this programme and we encourage you to practice at least daily to enmjoy the benefits of this programme.
