Anger can be an all consuming negative emotion.  TFT has been shown to be very effective in reducing the feeling of anger.  This guided programme focusses on the points relating to anger.  You have access for 6 Weeks and with once or even twice daily practice you will notice the gradual reduction in this feeling of anger.
