It can prevent you from doing the things you want to do, and living life to the full. This TFT sequence guided by Michelle focusses on a range of points that reduce that feeling of fear and anxiety. You are strongly encouraged to practice your sequence at least daily if not more often to see the beneift of this therapy working most effectively.
