The feeling of guilt can be overwhelmingly difficult to deal with. By working on certain points,  and practicing your Thought Field Therapy sequence on a daily basis, you will notice how those feelings of guilt ease.  Whilst you have access this programme we encourage you to practice once or even twice daily practice noticing  a gradual reduction in jet lag symptoms.
